Our staff provides a variety of technical assistance and consulting services to our grantees and partners. The Foundation staff share their experience and expertise to help build capacity within organizations, so the organization can better meet their goals and deliver on their mission.

Fiscal Sponsorship

We will sponsor a charitable project conducted by another organization. This arrangement allows the sponsored project to achieve its charitable goals while the organization is working to obtaining tax-exempt status.

Evaluation Design and Implementation

Staff members will take a lead role in consultation, staff development, data collection, data management, data analysis as well as report writing and presentations for programs.

Logic Model/Theory of Change Consultation

Staff members combine one or two day in-person strategic consulting with ongoing remote support to help create a Logic Model and/or Theory of Change resulting with outputs of redocumentation and strategic recommendations on future evaluation work.

Membership on Advisory Boards and Committees

Staff members serve on advisory boards, committees, and task forces to help bring the behavioral health and philanthropic perspectives to many different types of organizations and agencies.

Preceptors for Graduate Level Research

We advise graduate level students in public health and/or behavioral health-related graduate programs.

Program Planning and Design

We will help you plan and design the implementation of a brand new program or help your organization bring an existing program to the community you already serve.

Staffing for Large Coalitions and Initiatives

We will help to staff your large coalition or initiative providing strategic leadership all the way down to logistics support.

Training for Program Evaluation

We will lead a training (~6hours) as an introduction to program evaluation, metrics, and measurement for your organization.
