The College of Behavioral Health Leadership | Equity Grounded Leadership Fellow Program

Grantee

The College of Behavioral Health Leadership is a member-based leadership organization serving as a resource for leaders whose work focuses on or intersects with behavioral health.

About

The Equity Grounded Leadership Fellow Program is modeled after evidence-based approaches and input reflecting experiences of leaders, the call-to-action is a focus on equity and anti-racism as the foundation for trauma-informed system transformation.

The Program:

    • Focuses on the individual as a leader. Participants will learn to lead visibly as their authentic self. Each participant will identify personal goals and measure progress.
    • Prioritizes the power of relationships. The cohort will develop a shared vision. Curriculum will be delivered in a circular (person-centered) versus hierarchical approach to emphasize competencies aligned with vision. Relationships will be cultivated with other leaders, with community & continue beyond the Program.
    • Spurs collective action. Participants will take action through experiential learning. They will develop transformative solutions resulting in collective change for their organization, community, or region.
    • Content and approach is adaptable based on individual experiences, goals, and needs.
