Partner with us to produce thought leadership that moves the needle on behavioral healthcare.
We received your information and will be in contact soon!
We provide funds at below-market interest rates that can be particularly useful to start, grow, or sustain a program, or when results cannot be achieved with grant dollars alone.
Our participatory grantmaking alters the traditional process of philanthropic giving by empowering service providers and community-based organizations to define the strategy around a specific issue area or population.
We support local small- and mid-size organizations that are working to advance recommendations outlined in the Think Bigger Do Good Policy Series.
We fund organizations and projects which disrupt our current behavioral health space and create impact at the individual, organizational, and societal levels.

The Community Fund for Immigrant Wellness has awarded Project Libertad with a $50,000 grant to support their Powered by Immigrant Youth: Newcomer Support Programs and Jovenes Fuentes (Strong Youth) program. The program, which serves largely Latinx immigrants in Chester, Bucks, and Montgomery Counties, will implement a 12-week culturally responsive Social Emotional Learning program in partnership with local school districts. The program will also include their existing newcomer youth program, which consists of weekly youth-driven sessions for newcomer youth with adults and older youth.
