Partner with us to produce thought leadership that moves the needle on behavioral healthcare.
We received your information and will be in contact soon!
We fund organizations and projects which disrupt our current behavioral health space and create impact at the individual, organizational, and societal levels.
Our participatory funds alter traditional grantmaking by shifting power
to impacted communities to direct resources and make funding decisions.
We build public and private partnerships to administer grant dollars toward targeted programs.
We provide funds at below-market interest rates that can be particularly useful to start, grow, or sustain a program, or when results cannot be achieved with grant dollars alone.

The Pennsylvania Harm Reduction Network (PAHRN) is a statewide advocacy and capacity-building organization committed to advancing harm reduction as a cornerstone of public health. PAHRN promotes evidence-based strategies that reduce drug-related harms and centers the health, dignity, and rights of people who use drugs. A core component of PAHRN’s work is public health education—offering training, technical assistance, and resources to service providers, community groups, and policymakers to increase understanding of harm reduction principles and best practices. Through coalition-building, policy advocacy, and community-driven education, PAHRN works to expand access to life-saving interventions, challenge stigma, and support a more compassionate and effective public health response to the overdose crisis across Pennsylvania.
