Broad Street Ministry’s (BSM) Behavioral Health Initiative expands opioid-focused programming for individuals using services at BSM who may be unhoused or experiencing housing insecurity, especially towards unhoused individuals residing in the immediate “Avenue of the Arts” corridor, but residing in the immediate area of South Broad Street. As a low-threshold daytime engagement center with a comprehensive array of services in-house, our “neutral” center city location is a critical piece of Philadelphia’s response to the sustained opioid crisis.
