: the state of being grateful : THANKFULNESS expressed gratitude for their support
As the holiday season is quickly approaching, we wanted to spend the month practicing gratitude. Gratitude is a highly researched emotion and it is believed to:
- help you make friends,
- improve your physical and mental health,
- enhance empathy,
- improve your sleep, and;
- enhance your self-esteem.
Every few days a member of the Scattergood Foundation team member is going to share what they are grateful for professionally and personally. Check back throughout November to hear from each of us.
